Shipping

1. Insured Shipping

All watches are shipped fully insured via secure courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

In the event of a claim, reimbursement will be limited to the compensation granted by the insurance company.

2. Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

Belgium: 2-3 business days
EU: 2–5 business days
International: 3–10 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Limited Time NV cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

3. International Orders

For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

1. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a private consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the watch, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before returning the item.

The watch must be:

Returned in the exact same condition as received
Unworn and unaltered
With all original packaging and accessories

Return shipping must be fully insured and is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

2. Non-EU Returns

For sales outside the European Union, all transactions are considered final. In the exceptional event that a return is accepted, it will be subject to a handling fee of 21%, and all return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer.

3. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Business-to-business transactions
Custom orders
Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (where applicable)

4. Important Note

All pre-owned watches are sold under the EU Margin Scheme unless otherwise stated. VAT is not deductible.
