The Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda PF Minute Rattrapante was unveiled in 2023 as a world premiere, applying a split-hand rattrapante mechanism to the minutes for the first time in watchmaking. Built on the same principle as the brand's GMT Rattrapante from the previous year, the complication effectively replaces the function of a diver's rotating bezel with an in-movement mechanism, allowing the wearer to measure a specific duration on demand.

The 40 mm steel case with its platinum knurled bezel, sand grey dial with hand-guilloché grain d'orge pattern and superimposed rhodium and rose gold hands give the watch a quietly technical presence in keeping with the understated design language of the Tonda PF collection. A pusher at 8 o'clock advances the rose gold rattrapante hand in five-minute increments and one at 10 o'clock in single-minute steps, while a crown-integrated pusher resets it once the interval has elapsed. Powered by the manufacture calibre PF052 with its rose gold micro-rotor and 48-hour power reserve, this Minute Rattrapante was also a nominee at the 2023 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève, reflecting its standing as one of the most inventive complications in Parmigiani's modern catalogue.

The watch is delivered with all items shown in the photographs.
