Rolex introduced the GMT-Master in 1955, developed with Pan American Airways to let transatlantic pilots track two time zones at once. The two-tone red-and-blue "Pepsi" bezel is the model's most historic colorway, and for years Rolex maintained that a durable two-color ceramic bezel wasn't achievable, until it resolved the pigment-stability issue and brought Pepsi back in Cerachrom form. The steel 126710BLRO, unveiled in 2018, marked the first time this colorway had returned to a steel case, previously offered only in white gold.
This example runs the caliber 3285, Rolex's newer-generation GMT movement with the Chronergy escapement and a 70-hour power reserve, a notable jump from the 48 hours of the previous caliber 3186. It's fitted with the five-link Jubilee bracelet, reintroduced to the professional line alongside this reference after decades of exclusive use on dress models.
