The IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph TOP GUN ref. IW378901 is a powerful pilot’s chronograph with a clear military and instrument-watch identity. Its 44 mm black ceramic case gives the watch a matte, technical presence, while the titanium crown, pushers and caseback reinforce the functional character of the design. The black dial is built for maximum legibility, with large Arabic numerals, broad luminous hands, a day-date display at 3 o’clock and a vertical date indication inspired by cockpit instrumentation.
Inside is the automatic IWC calibre 79320, a robust chronograph movement based on the Valjoux 7750 architecture. The chronograph layout, with counters at 12 and 6 o’clock, small seconds at 9 o’clock and the red aircraft detail, gives this TOP GUN reference a highly recognizable personality. Unlike the 46 mm Double Chronograph, this is the regular 44 mm TOP GUN Chronograph: large, technical, sporty and full of character.
