"Memovox" is a word LeCoultre coined from the Latin for memory and voice, its name for the alarm watches it built from the 1950s. This is the pocket and desk version: a two-crown alarm watch with a folding leg at the back, so it can hang from a chain or stand upright on a nightstand. One crown sets the time, the other sets and winds the alarm, which sounds through the back of the case.
The dial is the charm of it, an outer rim in black enamel and gold, a matte silver ring carrying the LeCoultre signature and applied indexes, and a gold circular-brushed inner disc for the alarm, swept by a fine central seconds. Behind it is the manually wound calibre K820. It has been fully serviced and is in working order.
The watch is delivered with all items shown in the photographs.
