The Parmigiani Fleurier Ionica Hebdomadaire 8 Days in white gold, ref. PF-000107-01, concentrates Michel Parmigiani’s early aesthetic and watchmaking vision into one landmark piece. Often cited as the first watch he made for his own brand to carry an in-house movement, it is also a reminder of a time when “manufacture” movements were still exotic, especially in a shaped tonneau format and with a true autonomy exceeding one week. At its core is the hand-wound calibre PF110 with an 8-day power reserve, housed in a shaped case designed to match the movement’s lines, and expressed through the “Hebdomadaire” power-reserve display alongside a practical date at 3. The black guilloché dial and signature javelin hands underline the architectural side of Parmigiani’s design language, while the movement finishing is a major part of the appeal, rooted in Fleurier tradition with carefully modelled bridges and extensive hand-executed anglage visible through the sapphire back. Comes with extract of archives indicating the watch was delivered in 2000 Mint condition
