The IWC Ingenieur Automatic 40 ref. IW328903 from 2024 is a modern reinterpretation of one of the most recognizable integrated-bracelet sports watches. Its 40 mm stainless-steel case, screwed bezel with five polygonal screws and integrated H-link bracelet clearly refer to the historic Ingenieur SL, while the finishing and ergonomics feel entirely contemporary. The aqua blue / aqua green dial is the defining feature of this version: its colour shifts subtly with the light, and the “Grid” texture gives the dial a technical depth that perfectly suits the Ingenieur identity.
Inside is the automatic IWC calibre 32111, offering an impressive 120-hour power reserve and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The soft-iron inner case protects the movement from magnetic fields and recalls the technical origins of the Ingenieur line. With 100 metres of water resistance, a date display, integrated steel bracelet and a strong yet refined case design, the IW328903 is a highly versatile modern IWC: sporty, architectural, technically focused and especially distinctive thanks to its aqua dial.
