The red-and-blue "Pepsi" bezel goes back to the first GMT-Master of 1955, built for Pan Am pilots crossing time zones. What sets this one apart is the metal and the dial: the midnight blue dial is exclusive to the white gold 126719BLRO, where the steel Pepsi is only ever fitted with black. So the blue is the tell. This is a solid 18k white gold watch, and it carries the weight to prove it, with the two-colour Cerachrom insert fusing red and blue ceramic in a single ring.
Inside runs the calibre 3285, Rolex's current GMT movement, with a Chronergy escapement, Parachrom hairspring and roughly 70 hours of reserve. The arrow-tipped 24-hour hand and bidirectional bezel track a second time zone, while the local hour hand jumps independently in one-hour steps for landing without stopping the seconds. It sits on the matching white gold Oyster bracelet with an Oysterlock clasp.
