This is Jaeger-LeCoultre in jewellery mode, a lady's dress watch from around 1960 in 18k white gold. A round, brushed and polished case is framed by a diamond-set bezel, its silvered dial kept clean with sunken baton markers, applied silvered quarters and slim pointed hands, and the whole piece flows into an integrated white gold bracelet worked in JLC's fine textured mesh.

What sets it apart from the many jewellery-house watches of its day is who made it: Jaeger-LeCoultre built its own movements, so even a small dress piece like this is powered by an in-house jewelled manual calibre, signed like the dial. It closes on a signed 18k white gold buckle.

The watch is delivered with all items shown in the photographs.
