The Patek Philippe Calatrava Weekly Calendar ref. 5212A-001 was introduced at Baselworld 2019 as the first weekly calendar ever produced by Patek Philippe, combining a brand-new complication with the rare decision to house it in a stainless-steel Calatrava case. Inspired by the one-of-a-kind ref. 2512 from 1955, the watch displays the day, date, week number and corresponding month through a sector-style dial layout, with handwritten-style typography derived from a Patek Philippe designer's own handwriting.

The 40 mm steel case with its two-tier stepped lugs, silvery opaline dial and faceted dauphine hands give the watch an understated, almost casual elegance that sets it apart from Patek's more formal Calatrava references. Two red-tipped hands track the current day and week number across the dial, adding a discreet splash of colour to an otherwise restrained palette. Powered by the exclusive calibre 26-330 S C J SE, featuring a 92-component weekly calendar module developed specifically for this reference, the watch represents one of Patek Philippe's most inventive and characterful modern complications. This 2024 example is fitted on its calfskin strap with Patek Philippe deployant clasp.

The watch is delivered with all items shown in the photographs.
