The Octo Finissimo, launched in 2014, built Bvlgari's reputation as a serious contender in ultra-thin watchmaking, taking the brand's angular Octo case language and paring it down to some of the slimmest case profiles in the industry. This automatic reference houses the caliber BVL 138, notable for its platinum micro-rotor, a design that keeps the movement's height down while still delivering a useful 60-hour power reserve.
This example carries the blue sunburst dial with Arabic numerals at 12 and 6 and an off-center small seconds subdial, set in the 40mm satin-polished steel case that measures just 6.4mm thick. The integrated steel bracelet continues the case's faceted, architectural lines.
