Gold Full Hunter Calendar Quarter Repeater Chronograph Pocket Watch around 1890
Perfect white enamel dial with Arabic numerals and outer tachymetric scale.
The dial has a window at nine o'clock for the day and a window at three o'clock for the month. The seconds counter is at six o'clock with an aperture for the phase of the moon. The date ring is at twelve o'clock. Original rose colored Louis XVI style hands with a blued steel chronograph centre second hand.
The case is massive 18 CT gold full hunting case with plain front and back covers.
The repeater and chronograph pushers are located on the side of the case.
The inner cover is engraved with the medals of honor and a description of the movement. The cases are all Swiss hallmarked and numbered.
The fine Swiss keyless lever movement fully jeweled with compensation balance and Breguet hairspring.
The hammers and gongs are visible as is the chronograph mechanism which is located on the backplate of the movement.
This pocket watch is a fine example of Swiss workmanship at its best, it has been serviced by our master watchmaker, all functions are running perfectly.
